ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 business hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 business hours to let you that know your order is on the way, including tracking details. While we will always assist however we can, once the goods leave our possession we cannot be held responsible for any damage, delay or issue caused in transit, these concerns must be addressed with the carrier listed in your tracking confirmation email. If your purchase is over $100 and you would like to insure the goods in transit please do reach out at info@cantfindit.com.au and we can organise a quote for you.

STORE PICKUP

Eltham Town Mall, 10-18 Arthur Street, Eltham, VIC 3095, Australia - Wednesdays to Saturdays - by Appointment Only.

An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection, usually within 48 business hours unless the goods are in a secondary warehouse, if so this will be stated on your confirmation email.

FLAT RATE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours, using Australia Post or Sendle's Carbon Neutral Standard Service, which is usually delivered within 2 to 7 business days. We also offer FREE Shipping for non-bulky domestic orders over $150.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates for International customers the shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
